HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Returning goods is not difficult, whatever the reason you are not satisfied with them. You can simply send the unworn goods back in the condition they came in and we will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.

PROCEDURE:

  • Simply click “Return Order”, “Claim” or “Change size” below these brief instructions.
  • Then pack the package (ideally in the original box that was used to ship it to you)
  • The goods must be packed in such a way that the original box is not damaged during transport and it is important not to glue anything directly on the shoe box - always pack it in another cardboard box.
  • As a refund option is available you pay shipping directly when entering the parameters from step one. Alternatively, you can use your own shipping
  • For Returns via Zásilkovna/Packeta, you need to open the mobile app Zásilkovna/Packeta and fill in the recipient:

Please note that the address of the company's registered office, which is stated in our terms and conditions and on invoices, will NOT be used to send goods for return, exchange or complaint and their eventual delivery/collection will not be possible. You must use the above options to ship the goods to us.

We recommend that you insure the shipment for at least the purchase price of the goods (we are not responsible for goods that are not delivered to us by the carrier and will be treated as unshipped).

For returned goods, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods themselves. Therefore, the cost of shipping is not refunded when you place your order, as there are also options for free shipping or free in-store pickup. All other shipping methods are thus an additional service and have occurred by successful delivery. Similarly, for uncollected pre-paid orders, shipping is not reimbursed (unless it was free).

We endeavour to inspect the goods as soon as possible after they are delivered to us, and then refund/complain or exchange the size.

SUPPLEMENT TO CLAIMS

  • The procedure for delivery of the goods for the complaint procedure is the same as for a traditional size exchange/return. You need to fill in the appropriate form by clicking on “Claim” below
  • We reserve a statutory period of 30 days to deal with complaints, although we endeavour to deal with all complaints without undue delay.
  • Complaints are not handled on the spot, even if the subject of the complaint is handed over in person at the address of the shop.
  • In the event of a rejected claim, shipping back to the customer is at the customer's expense.
