Unwanted gift exchange service

 

Dear customers,

Goods purchased between November 11 and December 24, 2025, at the released.cz e-shop can be exchanged as part of the "Unsuitable Gift Exchange" promotion until January 6, 2026. This is an additional paid service that must be added to your order in the shopping cart. This additional service is non-refundable and non-transferable. It applies only to goods in the given order (to everything) and cannot be purchased retroactively. Orders without the purchased additional service "Exchange of unsuitable gifts" will continue to have only a 14-day period for returning goods from the date of delivery of the order.

Additional information on "Exchanging an unsuitable gift"

This additional service entitles you to return purchased goods until January 6, 2026. When returning goods, you will receive a gift voucher worth the price of the goods originally purchased on the released.cz e-shop (the voucher will only be worth the value of the sneakers/clothing/other item; the amount for the additional service and shipping will not be included). 

The voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of receipt. It cannot be divided into smaller amounts or converted into cash. The price of this additional service is CZK 90.

Terms and conditions of the promotion: 

• Zboží musí být nenošené a schopné dalšího prodeje.The goods must be unworn and suitable for resale.
• The goods must be packed in their original packaging, which must not be damaged. (For example, by sealing it with adhesive tape for transport purposes.)
• The goods must not be damaged or degraded in any way on your part.
• The goods must be picked up by January 6, 2026 at the Zásilkovna delivery point according to the instructions for returning goods

By using the "Unsuitable Gift Exchange" promotion, you agree that if the conditions are not met, the order will be sent back to your original address with cash on delivery in the amount of the shipping cost.
